Resolved Question: should me fill a bond for one year to work on PHP?

hi.. 3 weeks ago in Indore[MP India] I joined a company(rigindia.com) works on LAMP(Linux apache Mysql PHP). They didn't had any bond .. but now they asked to fill a bond for one year ..they had 3 month training and told to pay INR 3600/month.. they are not disclosing any information regarding the increment after training period... what me should do ? I don't hv money to invest in further education or to relocate to find job in metros. I am BE[ information technology] from 2009 batch.. plz guild me.. I mean company is giving me training of php right now and giving salary 3000 per month. at the time of joining they didn't asked to sign a bond but after 3 weeks of joining they are asking to sign a contract to work for at least one year. But they are not willing to tell me all the Terms & Condition related to salary increment.. perhaps company offers performance-related pay...company says after completing 3 month training , salary increments will depend on performance only..
